This page provides information about local and domestic shipping. It does not cover shipping to a different country.
Local pickup
IMD One Design is located in Niagara Falls, ON. Local purchases (Niagara Falls area) may be picked up within one week and any paid shipping charges will be refunded after the item has been picked up. If an order has not been picked up after seven (7) days, the shipping charges will be used to mail it to the buyer. IMD One Design is not responsible for items once they have been given to a third party for delivery to the destination.
Domestic Shipments
IMD One Design is not responsible for items once they have been given to a third party for delivery to the destination. Each item’s listing clearly states at the top of the Attributes section the item’s location.
Orders shipping from Ontario to a destination within Canada are shipped using the best value we can find to reduce your shipping costs. You pay what we pay. We normally use Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times are normally within a week.
Orders shipping from the USA to a destination within the USA are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping times are normally within a week.
Buyer has the option of purchasing expedited service to receive their shipment sooner. Contact us for a shipping quote before you make your purchase.
Combined Shipping
Yes! We will gladly combine shipping on same-day orders and refund you the savings.
Damaged Shipments
Items are properly packed for protection during shipping. If your shipment is damaged in transit, immediately file any damage claims directly with the carrier. Take pictures of any damage.
